Our Story
In 1988, our family came to America with little more than a dream, a strong work ethic, and a deep love for the food and traditions we grew up with. We didn’t speak the language and had very little to our name, but we believed in building something of our own.
In 1991, that dream became Kashtan.What began as a small family business grew into a place that has been part of the Los Angeles community for more than 35 years. Today, we continue to be family-owned and operated, bringing the same traditions, hospitality, and passion for exceptional food to every customer who walks through our doors.From our family table to yours.
