Keep refrigerated at all times, at 28–32°F in the coldest part of your refrigerator. Orders are shipped cold-packed in insulated packaging with ice packs — refrigerate immediately upon delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders are shipped via overnight delivery Monday through Thursday only. This ensures your order arrives fresh and properly chilled. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Thursday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
